Print Part Codes?

is there a way to print the part codes ? there is a print button , but does nothing.

Welcome to the forum John and thanks for your question.

Ther Print button you see in Setup is there to print setup information (doesn't matter which tab you're on prints the same stuff).

Under Reports - Inventory tab, there are two print part code list in either Code Order or Description order.

is there a certain screan on need to be in to add a new part code ? it keeps telling me i need a code to save it , any ideas anyone

Yes. Text entries like that are handled in Setup screens. Go to Setup - Standard Descriptions, Part Code tab as shown below:

If you do not see Inventory tab then you have Manager and not Manager Plus. If you are referring to the Part Codes lists, they can be found under the Management tab in Manager.
