Happy New Year!

Mitchell 1 will be presenting TWO workshop events this year. There will be one in the west in the Spring and another in the east during October, along with some type of internet based sessions this summer. (details TBD)

What are the things they cover? Is it just based on Manager SE software?

We will be posting information for the next event when it's ready. I can tell you it will be Orlando on Oct 1-3 and the actual site is still in negotiations.

The workshop is primarily about Manager SE for two days; there is an evening reception after Day 1 that will provide the opportunity to learn more about SocialCRM. Our technology partners Bolt-On and X-Charge will be manning tables outside the main session to discuss and demonstrate ProPack, Mobile Manager Pro and X-Charge electronic payment processing respectively. We also feature a PC lab with 2nd level support engineers to work through detailed questions in a separate room. We provide full breakfast and lunch both days as well as a welcome reception the night before.

I think you should change the date to December when its colder here so I can plan a warm vacation/business trip
