Wiring Digrams Not Color?

When using ondemand5 online, the wire digrams on some of my computers will not show color. How do I fix this?

The first thing is to determine the (operating system +) version of internet explorer. If these are new PCs with Windows 7.0 they likely have IE 9.0 and this is an issue. B&W diagrams are provided as a fallback measure. If you have IE 8.0, then it may be a Setting change on Setup - Configuration menu in OD5.com.

They are windows 7 machines with IE 9 but so is this one & it works fine, thats whats strange. I will call support. Thanks.
