R&E Updates

Our shop rarely needs data on repairs or estimates on new cars hence we don’t really need constant updates.
Can we continue to use Manager and discontinue the Repair & Estimator?
Will it time out or can we continue to use R&E for our routine customers?

Hello,

I'm not certain I completely follow your question. Repair and Estimator desktop is an all-or-nothing subscription though. You wouldn't be able to use it for any cars if the subscription is discontinued. Now, with that said, it's important to note this is the final update for repair data for the desktop product. You may have the option to purchase the current copy of Repair and Estimator you have and keep them with that data for as long you need.

Where would we find a "purchase price' for the current copy of Repair & Estimator so that we could still use R&E without the cost of an ongoing subscription?

I believe that purchase is no longer an option. It's subscription only.

That was fast! It was just in June when the response was about purchasing the present copy of R&E.

I'm not certain on this, hence the 'I believe' part. Silky7's response was also 'you may'. which leaves some uncertainty. Best to contact your rep or Mitchell directly for a formal reply.
