ProDemand: Mobile vs Desktop

I've been trying the mobile version of ProDemand since we use tablets mostly in the bays now. For quick things it's been very handy. The other day I cam across something unusual. The little quick bar that has the common items like tire fitment, etc, was different between the two platforms for the same vehicle.

The first example is what I got with the desktop.....

With mobile, many buttons are dimmed....

Follow up......

After going through some scenarios, we discovered that I was being taken to the wrong website by my default browser. The browser was set to Samsung Internet on the offending tablet. Once I switched to Chrome, all was good. Very strange situation, but with the help of the great people at M1 it is resolved. Thank you.
