I'm sorry if this has been talked about. All the computers we use are Windows XP. I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 64 bit whatever that means. Shopkey5.com will not work on it. What am I doing wrong?

Check the version of Internet Explorer; if it is 9.0, that is likely the problem.
