We had a 2013 Nissan Frontier in our shop today. We went to enter it in to shopkey and it didn't exist. We tried the vin and manual entry and there is no option for a Frontier. We are up to date on versions, in fact we are ahead as of now. ver. 6.4.612 update from M1files. I know we will be getting this vehicle back in at some point. So does anyone know when this type of error will be fixed?

This is under discussion right now. I have relayed the opinion that users are expecting to decode current vehicles regardless of the status of the repair & maintenance content or they think VIN Decode is broken.

We are also on the edge of using a web updater tool between releases; I suggested this would be a simple way to update the DMV file into the field more often.

I can understand if the VIN doesn't decode on new releases.
Its the fact that the model wasn't even available for manual entry
that was annoying. There seemed to be every other model listed
just not Frontier.
I just wanted to make sure that someone knew about it.
So that it can be tended to in a timely manner.
