Hello,

I just set up X-Charge today.

Just a few questions:

Is there a Mitchell 1/XCharge manual or faq online? I only found a generic XCharge manual without the use of Mitchell 1.

The generic XCharge manual says to refund a XCharge credit card payment outside of Mitchell 1 with the XCharge desktop icon. Should this instead be done within Mitchell 1? I would assume I take a customer's invoice and make a negative amount in the apply payment field, and then select "Elec credit card" to process that refund? Or does it not matter?

Also, is there a way to display Mitchell 1 invoice #'s on any of those X-Charge reports?
