We recently added a 2024 Western Star truck to our fleet with the following VIN: 5KKHBPDV8RLVG9163. In the interest of a maintenance schedule, I want to incorporate info to my database for our trucks. I looked up info for this truck and there is nothing. So, I am begging a question: When will info for this truck be available?

Tim - I'm told the Maintenance information for this vehicle is already available via the Service Manual module in the menu.

While what you say may be true, when I try to open service info for this truck a window opens and says that our subscription does not include this vehicle. I wonder if we only have the medium duty trucks and not the HD trucks. The Western Star 47X would be in the HD truck category I suppose.

That would be correct; customer service can assist if you want to modify your subscription.
