Welcome Station - Won't Connect to a Special Order

One of the things that sold me on Welcome Station was it's ability to connect with an existing order; something it didn't originally do. We have discovered that while WS does connect with existing Estimates and Repair Orders, it does not connect with a Special Order. On two occasions, WS ignored an existing SO and started it's own estimate. We are a heavy user of Special Orders. Can this be fixed?

In the interim, we will try to convert those Special Orders into Repair Orders before our customers checks in.

Any word on this? I'm ready to dump Welcome Station. There has been no development on this platform that I can see in a year.

I asked the team about Welcome Station and they said, that a second version will be in the works in early 2020 with an exit function added.
