Feature Request - Welcome Station

Welcome Station does some really cool things. It's great at confirming customer information and harvesting emails. One thing every SA advisor asks every customer is, 'what's the best way to reach you today?' Wouldn't it be cool if WS could do this for us? While displaying the phone numbers, perhaps, could there be a checkbox indicating this, and then transferred to the order? In the 'olden' days we would just circle the number on the RO. Now we ask for programming. LOL.
