We have almost all Bolt on Products. I like the feature on the welcome station when our clients type in their phone number, it will auto populate their information. It would be really cool in Pro Call if it would do the same thing if a new customer is calling in.
Say a customer calls in that hasn't been in before, they want to make an appointment, it will automatically read their phone number, cross reference to whitepages, and auto populate their address city and state. Of course we would then verify that information with them...
