Recommendations Missing From Invoice?

This just started, today. When printing invoices, from report pro, the recommendations are not there. We do see them, on the ShopKey invoice. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, we do have "Show Recommendations" selected in the sections of the customize invoice window.

We are not seeing this. Which invoice are you using? Do you have the ''include past due recommendations' check box checked?
