If you haven't looked at this report, you might want to. Customer timeline, until recently, has been a merely a curiosity. It documents everything you do in Manager and Propack.
Today I was talking with a customer and noted that we had recommended tires a few months ago. She said she already got them somewhere else and that she asked us for a quote but we never got back to her. Hmmmm. I apologized but in my heart it didn't sound right. After she left I checked revisions and there was one in there. Then this report dawned on me. Lets see what really happened.
From the pics below, you can see that we created an estimate and sent a text to the customer. After a month the estimate was deleted and data moved to a revision, where it still sits today. Not visible here but likely, several phone calls were also made. We did indeed 'got back to her'.
Sometimes people feel they need to lie so they can be comfortable with the decisions they make. Other times they simply don't remember. Sometimes I don't remember. Customer Timeline report puts all that to rest.
