1997 Ford E350 Van - No VIN Decode?

I had a customer come in today wanting a quote on tune-up--- We had a lot of trouble trying to figure out what the vehicle even was because the Vin decoder did not work... we were told it was a 97 Ford Club Wagon... Here is the Vin 1fbjs31s2vhb50365 - after a lot of digging we figured out it was a Econoline E350 6.8 V10... But it was a lot of headache... I have never had the Vin decoder not work.. We had to bi- pass Mitchell & went to NAPA's decoder & this is what we found...
