"We’ve concluded that this is an issue with Polk’s VIN data where they’ve only provided us with VIN masks for 5.4L gas engines for the vehicle in question. Our MVCs only include 5.4L Flex Fuel engines, the validity of which is supported by numerous sources including Ford and ACES."
This mismatch caused the non-decode condition and is expected to be cleaned up next month.
