It does decode in SE 7.1.2 and likely in 6.6.14. What version of Manager SE are you using? (Lower right corner of screen)

As a test, you can always try the VIN Decode in ProDemand as that is updated more frequently. I noticed the VW VIN decodes there then asks you to select trim level. In Manager SE it expresses this with a list of four to choose from.

Tried it in 6.6.14 and it does not work......
