Edit appointment confirmation text template

How do I edit text and email reminders templates in scheduler? The edit functions are grayed out.

Template editor screens are under the Configurations menu:
Email templates are tied to specific documents: EST, R.O. & INV sent to customers. The Reminder function in the Appointment Editor is time values for internal use.

Thanks, Tim. So I can't edit appt. reminder text? Here's our problem- We don't usually make "appointments" for a specific time, but "reservations" for the day. For instance, if Joe Smith wants to drop off for Wednesday and I enter it on the schedule for the next available slot, say 4:00 pm, he gets a text saying his "appointment" time is 4:00 pm. What I need is something like "your reservation for drop off is Wednesday 9-8-22. We open at 7:00am. Thanks!". Otherwise, people occasionally get confused and show up late for what should have been AM drop-off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you clarify - are you sending the text manually? Or is it being sent automatically by our CRM service? The last post sounds like the latter.

You probably have the box checked that says 'Match Drop Off's to Start Time'. CRM uses Drop Off time as the appointment time in the text. Deselect this and set all appointments to drop off at 8am or whatever time you open. You'll need to change this manually for waiting appointment. Match those to the actual waiting time.

You cannot edit this reminder text directly. I think your CRM agent can make some tweaks if you ask. You can turn off reminder texts through your CRM portal. Click on Setup in the upper RH corner and select Text Reminders. Here you CAN edit the email reminders.
