How Do I Make New Scheduler Behave Like Old One?
We have tried to get along with this new scheduler, but it is a major pain in the neck. Please explain how or if it is possible to mimic the old scheduler?

It is not possible to go back to the old schedule due to the database differences/changes. Have you seen the thread where the old schedule is approximated?

Or the tools available to create any number of unique configurations?

I absolutely hated the new schedule when it first came out. Some of the major sticking points have been fixed. We are now using it with success. It took a while to dial it in.

If you'd like, I can also set you up with a schedule specialist to help you out. If you're interested, just PM me your contact details.

I still hate the new scheduler - way too much info, impossible to use quickly. We write the appointments down and enter as we go. Very cumbersome.ricmorin wrote:It is not possible to go back to the old schedule due to the database differences/changes. Have you seen the thread where the old schedule is approximated?

It doesn't have to be; take a minute to watch us break it down. Phone appointment in 18 seconds: http://www.screencast.com/t/zUYfEG6HICzNaasinc wrote: I still hate the new scheduler - way too much info, impossible to use quickly. We write the appointments down and enter as we go. Very cumbersome.
