Copy/Paste

It appears that copy/paste does not work within Message Center. We like to copy requests over to a note in Manager so the techs can see the exact wording. Any way to enable this?

PS: as a workaround, we are grabbing the text from the email notification for now.

Ric,

We do have an enhancement item recorded for this function. As it is now, only the most recent message in the conversation thread can be copied, and that process is cumbersome.

We do the same with OLA; copy and paste the exact wording onto the order. Good to know it's on the list.
