Just a thought, when a customer replies with "STOP" to a automated text, do any of you make it so they don't get anything from CRM?
I am wondering about some customers, they opt out of texting because they either don't want to be bothered by "spam" texting (which I don't think our texts are "spam") or they don't want to be bothered. Makes me think maybe a "Spam" phone call for an opinion of services provided may bother them also?

I do not. They would need to ask for that directly.
