Not sharing Invoice

On the texting option the invoice will not send in the text, it comes up "failed to share invoice PDF"
Regular texting works fine but will not send an invoice copy. Any ideas??

Ok, it was working fine all day until a little bit ago. Thanks for the update. Will wait for a fix. Hopefully soon.

We are having the same issue again today. What did you do to resolve it? Tried restarting Mitchell and the computer with no luck!

So it seems to not be working for just one customer? Not sure what's up but can deal with that. Is there a way to text multiple revisions at once? We use the revisions tabs to create multiple estimates for a car after we look at it. And its very clunky to send the customer 3 text each with a different estimate. I have customers from other shops/dealers come in all the time with a print out of multiple recommendations printed out on one sheet with totals so they can decide what repairs to do. Does Mitchell offer something like that? Sorry can start a new tread if this is not the right section.

Is it possible that customer opted out of texting?

The add-on ProPack has a report that allows selection of one or multiple revisions, each with their own subtotal and an an option to total them all. Very handy.
