What Is SI Free?

Post by wwauto »

I just got my mitchel update and now on my custmoer screens it says SI FREE, I have no idea what it means and when I press it, it them says something about email, its some sort of advertisement that gets stuck on my screen and I can't just click out of it. I have to do the old control, alt, del to get it off. Does anyone know what the heck it is and what it's actually suppose to do?

You were one of 2000 shops that received a special 4th quarter update that installed Service Intelligence version 9. (anyone can get this by request)

It's explained here with 4 brief videos (2-3 min ea) to detail different service levels. http://mitchell1.com/BusinessPerformanc ... igence.asp

I am messing with SI now. It's cool!

SI free allows you to email customers who have an appointment in the future....like a reminder system. Cool. It also introduces you to other features of Service Intelligence, one of which can predict needed services based on criteria you set and based on actual service history. This data mining is terrific! It all can be done at the point of sale, giving you extra sales and giving the customer all the services they NEED. Win-win situation!!

BTW, I like it.
