We would love, love, LOVE if you could take a glance at the order screen and visibly SEE the client reported symptoms somewhere instead of clicking through the labor lines opening the labor windows and clicking the symptoms button. It seems like a lot of excess clicking and trying to figure out which line you even wrote them on for office folk and techs that are constantly needing to look at the client reported symptoms throughout the repair process.
Anyway I figure we can't possibly be the only ones that would like to see this maybe change in the future if its plausible enough. I don't want this to come off as complaining though, we love you Mitchell Team!
