Can't get the program to assess late fees for customers that don't pay on time. Manually adding in the fee isn't hard, but if missed you can't retroactively add a late fee and you lose those dollars. I have three images attached to show all of the affected settings that i believe are proper and should work as designed.

Welcome to the Forum.

I see in your first picture that both your minimum AND your maximum fee is zero. That is why they do not apply. Set you max fee to something like 500 or whatever you wish ABOVE zero. It should work after that.

Yeah that's it, thank you. Also note that the late fee % is in APR not monthly
