If you do not have your quick print options set, you are wasting valuable time. Under the settings tab in Report Pro, simply click on Quick Print and fill out the screen options.

Just select your date range.
Export the following fields: Company, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, YearMakeModel, Rec Date, Rec Text, Category Description

Report Pro Email Settings; simple as 1,2, 3...
Most known email client settings will be automatically filled out for you; then when you pull up an invoice you can simply click the email button and send the invoice directly to your customers inbox. In addition that email address will be captured and stored in your management system database for future use.

Profit Summary Report - Did you know you can exclude certain categories in the Report Pro Report?
In the tools section of Report Pro, Click on Customize Parts Profit Button

Then check the part categories you want to remove from the overall report
