Labor rate
Labor rate
We updated our standard labor rate and it works just fine. But, we have a different rate for BMW &Volvo and it shows as the standard labor rate. How do I change it?

Re: Labor rate
I am assuming that you have went to, setup, standard tables and made the second line BMW/Volvo and set the custom labor to the correct price.
When you are working on a BMW or Volvo, while you are in the Ro and have the Labor tab open, look to the bottom of the window. Find the box that is labeled "Cust Type", clicking on the will bring up another window with your "custom" labor rates. Click the box next to BMW/Volvo. That SHOULD make the labor correct. The top line is the "default" labor charge
My box is running Man+SU 6.4.612, But i am sure 5.9 was the same.

Re: Labor rate
To assign a specific labor rate other than the default, this should be done on the Vehicle screen via the Type button so that all future visits for that vehicle reflect this rate.
If you discover this on an order already in progress, you can correct it by opening each Labor line and using the Type button found there.
