Good Morning,
We have some fleet accounts. Generally on our fleet accounts there is one contact person, which makes it easy for contacting and making decisions and payments. One is a company with multiple people and multiple vehicles. I am looking for a suggestion on how to store multiple phone numbers in the system. The Mitchell system currently allows up to 10 #'s. I need more.
I am sure I will end up making my own spreadsheet or data sheet, but I thought I would see if anyone else has a quick solution.
Thank you

Re: Fleet Accounts
We do this by storing contact information in the vehicle notes section. Works well when certain people are responsible for certain vehicles.

Re: Fleet Accounts
I have a few small fleets. I store this type of info in the memo field for the individual units.

I also note the driver who drives the vehicle in the note fields also.

Re: Fleet Accounts
Same as Ric. I also store an order # that I created to add any off the normal path information about the vehicle such as filter numbers, belt numbers, etc so I can look them up and order them prior to the scheduled service date. We work on Hino's, NPR's, Fuso's and a few Internationals.
