This wont decode in Mitchell or Shop Key Pro online. Decodes just fine in Napa and Identifix. Whats the deal? 2FDLF47G0LCA39993

Hi Crescentbunny,

Just a thought but it may be a Canadian vehicle? Seeing's how I am a Canuck I frequently run into the same situation where Mitchell will not decode but NAPA and Identifix will. Without knocking Mitchell ( too much ), it would be nice to see a complete integration of Canadian and U.S. made vehicles.

I thought that as well, I'm not sure, but the possibility is there. I looked all over that vehicle wondering if that was the case but didn't see any indication if it was Canadian or not.

If the VIN starts with 2, it was manufactured in Canada. But to both your points, getting caught up with Canadian vehicles is definitely a work-in-progress and a priority for us this year. :)

3rd digit throws me, for a Ford truck it "should" be a "T".
