Hello.
I replaced the computer that houses our Mitchell software and I'm having a strange error on exit/backup. The PC is running Win10 x64. First, it appears that some config file is not being updated as the "Exit manager? - Don't ask this again" prompt will not remember my choice (yes). Second, after the backup process is complete I receive an error box that states "Backup - The device is not ready.". All of my invoices are being saved, so there is no issue in that regard.
Is there any way to correct this issue? Here is a screenshot of the error message in case I wasn't clear:
Thank you,
Nick

Re: 'Device not ready' backup error
Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
As for the Exit Manager (?) selection not being remembered, close all of the workstations except one. Make the selection, then re-start the workstations and your choice should stick.
On the Backup path, what drive is it pointed to? (has this been changed) Seems like a USB flash drive that's not in the slot.
