we been having issue with vin decoder in 6.4 does not see 2008 uplander?
also some Canadian vehicles not listed-could something in program not be written so when we put in a Pontiac wave it know to look to chevy aveo?

2008 is the last valid year for Uplander in the US, please post or email the VIN to me for review.

While there is a cross-over table of Canadian vehicles in the repair product general information, there is no plan to address VIN "equavalent" models (Canadian badges) at this time.

As per my research above, 2008 is the last valid year in the US for the Uplander. 2009 is Canada and Mexico only and this is why it doesn't decode in our system.
