How To Start MessageCenter / Lube Sticker Printing
How To Start MessageCenter / Lube Sticker Printing
OK, couple questions, the option to print LOF stickers is on the new update, what printer should we be using or doesn't it matter? Next, how does the text option work? Do we have to use one of our cell phone numbers? Im really interested in starting to use both options.

Are there any Promo codes for the store when ordering a label printer? That would be very nice. LOL

Typically it's within 24 hours of the order being processed. How did you order it, by local rep, phone or ?Sauvageaus wrote:How long until they get the texting set up, I sent in the information last Thursday but still waiting to get it set up?

Okay, Order was processed on 10/12 so I'd think the Welcome email (with credentials) was sent by now. Please check spam folders as the 'sender' might be unfamiliar.Sauvageaus wrote:Phone and then he emailed me what to fill out and I faxed it, he emailed me back saying he got the faxtimbre4 wrote:Typically it's within 24 hours of the order being processed. As the product manager I can confirm there is. When you "called in", was that technical support, customer service or something else?rp2756 wrote:When I called in they told me there wasn't.

Re: How To Start MessageCenter / Lube Sticker Printing
This can be confusing in the communication between customers and our support personnel. We generally refer to new product additions as subscription with a 30-day opt out period.timbre4 wrote:Yes there is.rp2756 wrote:Is there a 30 day trial on texting?
The word "trial" tends to have the connotation that it will simply end if you were to take no action. That is not correct, and why you might be told there is no trial.
You would need to request cancellation explicitly during those first 30 days. If not, you would be continue into the contract period.
Hope this helps.

Re: How To Start MessageCenter / Lube Sticker Printing
Well, he should have been able to explain that when I called, he just said NO. I assume he knew what I was asking. But now a days I guess you cant assume anymore. Im going to sign up and give it a try. Thanks guys.
