How To Start MessageCenter / Lube Sticker Printing

OK, couple questions, the option to print LOF stickers is on the new update, what printer should we be using or doesn't it matter? Next, how does the text option work? Do we have to use one of our cell phone numbers? Im really interested in starting to use both options.

To start with MessageCenter ($29 per month), please contact your local Mitchell 1 representative or call us @ 888-724-6742 and follow prompts. Configuration is fairly simple after the order is processed, you will receive a Welcome email with login details for your dedicated texting # we provide in your area code*. (*subject to availability; mostly an issue for states with a single area code for entire state)

Typically it's within 24 hours of the order being processed. How did you order it, by local rep, phone or ?

Phone and then he emailed me what to fill out and I faxed it, he emailed me back saying he got the fax

Okay, Order was processed on 10/12 so I'd think the Welcome email (with credentials) was sent by now. Please check spam folders as the 'sender' might be unfamiliar.

As the product manager I can confirm there is. When you "called in", was that technical support, customer service or something else?

Yes there is.

This can be confusing in the communication between customers and our support personnel. We generally refer to new product additions as subscription with a 30-day opt out period.

The word "trial" tends to have the connotation that it will simply end if you were to take no action. That is not correct, and why you might be told there is no trial.

You would need to request cancellation explicitly during those first 30 days. If not, you would be continue into the contract period.

Well, he should have been able to explain that when I called, he just said NO. I assume he knew what I was asking. But now a days I guess you cant assume anymore. Im going to sign up and give it a try. Thanks guys.
