I replaced my computer - which just runs Mitchell as a workstation. I was able to get everything loaded & working - but the AutoValue/Myplace4parts link.
I'm trying to decide if it's a Mitchell side problem or stupid user (me) problem.
I installed the catalog & it appears to have pulled the username/password over from the main system.
But when I click the AutoValue icon on the bottom of a repair order I get a pop up that says Invalid seller id.

Not sure this link will help you or not, it is what I had to use when we upgraded our system. You may have already done this.

I did do that, but something must not be connecting right, because it comes up with the incorrect seller id. If I look at the vendor link - it shows the same information as the host computerRich wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 5:08 amNot sure this link will help you or not, it is what I had to use when we upgraded our system. May be best to email or call, this is all I see for set up help. When I did it I had the local salesman helping me.

Thank you - for some reason I did not see that!
I will see what they have to say.

Here is a typical answer I would expect from an IT guy........
Did you restart the system?

They did get back to me, somehow our system was working with the wrong credentials. Now that I have the correct username & password everything works as it should!
