texting issue with message center
texting issue with message center
I keep getting this "Credentials Expired/Changed - Authentication Required" box on my texting every like 10-15 texts I send, it's driving me crazy. Any suggestions on how to make it stop?

Re: texting issue with message center
Hi there, I'm not quite sure why this would be happening. We haven't gotten any other reports of this in Tech Support. I did also see that your credentials haven't changed any time recently.
One thing that could be done would be to close out of all workstations including the host machine. Re-open the host machine, open Text Message Center and sign out. Once you sign out, you'll be able to sign in again. Once you've signed in close SE completely. Once you've made these changes on the host all machines should get the settings.
I know this sounds kind of strange, there are a few areas that require these kind of steps.

Please give tech support a call prior to signing out, we need to see the issue to troubleshoot.

Re: texting issue with message center
Are the texts that you're attempting to delete within the last 24-48 hours?

Re: texting issue with message center
By default, we preserve the last 24-48 hours of text messages so the messages are not accidentally deleted.
We'd also recommend to "Archive" the messages vs deleting the message. When archiving a customer's message, you are able to access the full history if you ever need to go back. This will also allow you to keep a clean Text Message Center.

The 48 hours was the key, thanks for clearing that up.

Re: texting issue with message center
This should be addressed with our next update, we currently do not have a release date for the update. Once the release date is set this thread will be updated.
