I'm having problems with the top part of the Activant catalog being blank. It causes some of the buttons to be blank. The old First Call catalog is also the same way. This has been like this for at least a month. I called tech support but had to end the call after around 18 minutes. I just couldn't spend more time on it at that time.
It's hard for me to call tech support. Is this a known problem with a solution?
I have 2 computers and both do it.

I am not seeing that with Activant here. Our support group is a little short staffed this week, but they may be able to provide more information.
For what it's worth - if you are just using that catalog for Advance, there will be a new direct option very soon.
