Auto locking hubs on 03 F250

No ground going to vac solenoid for ft hubs; all fuses are good, module has main powers + grounds. Accuator on transfer case engages + indicator light works.

I am not an expert in this thing but in examining a wiring diagram, it appears that the 4 wheel drive control module grounds the circuits to engage the front hubs. If I understand the system correctly based on the wiring diagram, if there is no ground getting to the solenoid it appears to be either a 4wd control module gone south or a wiring issue between the module and the solenoid.

Not sure if I am on the right track or not but thats how it appears to me. I'd be ohms checking the ground circuits and using my Power Probe to manually ground the circuits to see if the solenoid works.

replace factory hubs with warn pn# 11690. best price on them is from advance. once we explain the cost of replacing the auto's with a pair of manuals p+l+ tax is less than buying 1 side auto hub from dealer, they kiss us.
draw back is you gotta lock them in your self. good side, it's only 1/4 turn, and will work when you need them. oh yeah and they are not as tall as oe and are chrome. looks much nicer with a/m wheels.

after you repair the wiring look at the vac lines under the battery.

Thanks for input. No ground coming out of module, can activite with power probe and works+no codes. I was guessing module bud never had a issue with one on such a clean truck.

There's no rhyme or reason why and when modules fail. But I do see them fail quite often.
