Tim Im not sure were to put this. I wanted to thank support for helping me get a wiring diagram for a bigger truck which my subscription does not have. They are always so helpful I do appreiciate it.

Been there too, great response from the M1 team!!!!!! Not many companies will give you info that is not part of what you do not pay for...........

I couldn't begin to count the times when I needed help with something and product support came to my rescue. In this business, we seldom see the kind of support Mitchell1 has behind its product.

I will chime in here with a thanks too! Just had tech support help me get rid of some very strange customer records that I couldn't delete. And cleaned up a few things. Love the new SE 6.4 in the fact that they take a copy of your database to figure out the problem, but can for the most part fix it live on your system so you don't have a huge bunch of information to re-enter once they figure out the problem!
