Payment History Per Customer?

To be able to reconcile a customers payments made to shop. Not per vehicle, but per customer.

Batch Payment (F5 key) includes a History button to review all customer payments.

If you can share more about your situation we can better assist you in finding the answer.

Awesome, thank you! Now all I need is to be able to print out that history. ALMOST THERE!!! We need this information for accounting purposes. Can you help with this? Can it be done? Will you please have the super smart guys add this to the program please. This information is very important.

If you want some or all of the payments listed to be printed, you may drag your mouse to highlight them and then click Print button.

Then you get a longer receipt with all of those payments included.

I tried that and all the history was printed for that vehicle. I'm looking for a way to print off the last year of vehicle history. Not all.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. You should use the alternate method if a date range is involved.

1. Go to Reports - Client tab.
2. select Customer and Vehicle Summary by double-clicking on the title.
3. Click Name, Company or enter customer ID# (if known) to select.
4. Select the Date Range for your report, then OK to run it.

This report will include all of this customer's vehicles; from preview, print only the pages that pertain to the specific vehicle.
