Viewing Deleted Orders

Is there any way to see what is on a deleted order after it was deleted?

The program disposes of order details once deleted. It would have to be a printed copy or restore from a database backup.

A similar question that I have: If a ticket went to an RO status, it gets a number assigned to it that carries through to invoice status. If while in RO status, the customer decided not to do the work, and we deleted the RO, will that RO/invoice number be reused? I am asking because we watned to find a deleted RO, but it shows not to be anywhere. I get a message saying no deleted ROs found. We are trying to get our bookkeeping and software balanced out properly and my bookkeeper wanted to know.

Permanent (RO/INV) numbers that end up deleted are not re-used.

If you press F4 (same as Utlilities - Find History) and select the Invoice tab, you would see any recent [100 most recent INVs displayed] deletions like this sample below. If you need to account for an earlier INV # you may type it into the window provided and it will bring it up.
