We just sent out our first mass e-mail to our customer from Mitchell. It sent out an email to every customer that the customer has. Isn't that over doing it a bit. It was an email about our new text number for pro pack so multiple emails were not needed.
Is Mitchell going to allow multiple email to be put into the customer file? We have many, many customers that have multiple emails that they use. Plus, both of the spouses would like to have information about their vehicles sent to them. A place for more than one email would really help out.
Also, while you are at it... Is Mitchell going to give us the ability to search by Spouse to look up customer accounts & vehicle... that would really help too.

Your mass email was generating using something else, we can't comment on that specifically.
You may enter multiple email addresses now; just put a semi-colon (;) between them as shown here: loyalcustomer@gmail.com;loyalcustomer@msn.com
Spouse field search is recorded on the enhancement request list.
