I have a couple questions on report pro.
1) It has a highlight feature. Can you automatically highlight your recommendations?
2) It looks like you can create the front of the invoice fine. Can you create what you want to print on the back if you have a duplex printer?
3) What reports do they have that you can print by service writer?

Here are some additional images, take note that you can also adjust the words you do not have to keep the word Recommendation:

Just did the update when told and I don't see any new features. Am I missing something do you need SE for this function?

Hello, I've got just a quick question. We subscribe to report pro and have SE here at our shop. Our report pro used to update it seemed like at least once a week, but in the past 4 or 5 months it hasn't prompted us to update at all...perhaps even longer I'm not sure. We must have missed an update somewhere since we don't have that query builder button in our tool section of out report pro. Is there anyway to force a manual update?
