Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. We did workshop events in Seattle in 2007 & 2012, there is no event planned for the Pacific Northwest at this time.

I would like to thank Tim and JD for an excellent presentation. Having the practice lab was the greatest idea since SE. We were able to test out our newly learned skills, find out what has been causing our "gremlin" issues. The class/working lab was a big hit with a bunch of us.

When might the 2015 workshop schedule be organized?
Also, when printing an invoice and you want to address the spouse on the invoice, can the word "and" be replaced with the "&" sign? It looks awkward reading "Smith, Mary and John" verses "Smith, Mary & John". Your thoughts?

We will meet to discuss 2015 events in December; typically we pick somewhere in the east, west and in between.

Just a quick note to say thanks to all who attended and made our Nashville event the best ever! The group was very engaged right off the bat as the Thursday night reception was so full of people you had to raise your voice to be heard! Same during the Friday night SocialCRM reception, GREAT turnout.
