Invoice Changed With 6.5.49 Update

Invoice Changed With 6.5.49 Update
Tech support called me last week to update our system to .49 and since then, our invoices are printing different than on the previous .37 version. (We use the INV/ No Hrs/Parts/Rev Data template) We use a pre-printed invoice with our logo among other things and now the spacing has been changed. Is this a known issue that will be corrected or are we stuck with this new layout? Can I get the old version of the invoice back? The reason why I ask, we have a whole case of pre-printed invoices that will now go to waste if we are stuck with this new template.

You are not stuck, the STK paper templates are not to change positions of items. I will investigate and post a fix here.

Do you need it printed on our pre-printed form? Also, should I scan it and send as a pdf or what do you prefer?

We just upgraded all the computers in the shop to SE from Manager 5.9 . . I hate (cannot stress this enough) HATE the font and format of the new invoices. As an independent garage we have always prided ourselves in readable, legible, understandable invoices to set ourselves apart from the dealerships. That was taken away with this "upgrade" to SE . . In talking with tech support I understand that there is an aftermarket product we can purchase to make the product we already purchased from Mitchell work correctly? . . Really? I am so upset about this . . and the lack of any meaningful response from tech support that we will seriously be shopping another management program.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and also that while ProPack provides additional customized invoicing options it should not have been mentioned as addressing your issue.
Please provide us with the name of the Invoice template you are using. This is available from the Configurations - Reports & Printers menu; click on the Invoice selector on the left and the template name will be visible on the RH side:
