Error While Trying To Print?

Shop Management 6.5.54, is having issues with printing I get the attached error message. I can print fine from the repair section of shop key, along with printing anything else needed from the computer its the shop management its self im running into the error with. I have tried multiple times removing and reinstalling the printer, no change. Any one else have this issue? Thanks

I can't see the words in that error message. Best to contact support on that.

Troubleshooting that is beyond the scope of the forum; best bet is contacting support ASAP.

Apologies if I misread that message, but it looked to me like it's referencing your selected printer as invalid. You might go to File > Print Setup and reselect your printer, or try another one. However, if it persists, as Tim suggested you'll probably want to call in.

Sorry to kick a dead thread, just checking to see if anyone else is having this issue printing tech. commission reports. Just started today. 5/06/16. Looks like I might have to contact Mitchell on this one. For some reason it will not let me upload a screen shot of the issue.

As for sharing screen captures, the forum supports a number of formats but not all of them. What was the format you were trying to share?
