We contacted the XCharge people about their fees and they wont quote us unless we send them our current Merchant Statements.
Anyone else have this problem? I am not doing business this way. If they want a comparison on the % fee then they should give us a quote.

"In order to give an accurate rate quote XCharge asks for one month of statements, this allows them to custom tailor a plan that will suit the business individually. Generic rate quote are inaccurate and by giving them it doesn’t paid a fair representation of what fees the business is eligible for."
