Conflict issues

Has anyone ran into conflicting issues with Manager SE, ProDemand and the Verus scanner. I need some answers to some issue's i am having. How do I get answers.

Answers depend on what specific questions you have. We can answer questions about Manager and ProDemand. In regards to Verus, we may be limited.

I will be no help. All I can say was that the Verus will not send code to my system any more. So i have to hand type all of the codes into the ROs now.

I use Mitchell SE for my shop and pro demand for my labor, Now the suretrac will not log on in my Verus, Snap on says you gotta buy upgrade , they upgrade in Feb. So now I got this Snap On scanner without the one feature my Techs like SureTrac. I can get a laptop and go to Suretrac but it will not access through my Verus. This sure seems like a collision course I am on. Make's me rethink my purchase of a Snap On scanner. I have used there eqipment for 40 years at my shop . My snap on tool guy Kim is the best in the world and his hands are tied. Any I dea who to call besides Snap On, they were no help. My Mitchell salesman laughs and sys they better get there act together. Sure makes me think about my upgrade . It may be Autel. I just do not get this, seems like a little price fixing Anti Trust or something going on. For those that do not now Snap on owns mitchell.

I don't own a Verus, nor do I know much about it's integration with SureTrack. This works independently from the interaction between Manager and ProDemand, which is my strength.

These forums are closely monitored by Mitchell1. I'm sure there is an answer to your issue forthcoming. Stay tuned.

I spoke to my rep about this. Basically Snap On wants everything up to date. He did say there is some work going on in snap on to eliminate this problem if you are a M1/Shopkey user. He also said that if you go to M1/Prodemad there should be a place to create credentials. Once this is done if your password and such are entered into the verus and saved you should be able to link in directly. Might be worth a try. HTH.
