Delete birthday date?
Delete birthday date?
Am I doing something wrong? I accidentally entered some numbers into a customers birthday field, but any time I try to delete it, it defaults to 01/01... Turns out, I've done this to a couple of customers and I can't figure out how to just erase the field

It would appear that once data is in those fields, you cannot simply erase them and it defaults to 01/01. I think this is part of the programming and may be limited by the style of tables within the database. In your case, I'd try to get the actual dates for those customers affected.

Once data has been entered it's not going to want to be blank, thus it will use the fallback of 01/01.
