Deleting Phone Numbers Issue?

Anyone having an issue deleting phone numbers and a dialog box pops up with the message phone number must be displayed in this (xxx)xxx-xxxx format when no phone number is present. I now have to enter all zeros to successfully delete a phone number or it will not let me close the window.

I split this to its own topic under Technical Issues as that other thread was discussing enhancing the customer contact points. Unless a regular user can comment on your issue I suspect you may need to contact tech support.

We were experiencing the same thing. Had to enter all zeroes to exit the dialog. I haven't seen that issue in a while. As a matter of fact, I just deleted 2 numbers without incident. It comes and goes.

It has not happened to me. I rarely delete 3's just replace.

We've encountered the issue. If you enter a single number in the line that's highlighted with the xxx-xxx-xxxx then delete that number it seems to fix the problem.
