I've had this happen a few times. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but it's happened enough now that I know something is going on. I go to receive a PO that has a part on it that has a core charge. It asks if I want to apply the core to the ticket, I say no, then I get this error message. I click ok, it asks again if I want to apply it to the customer, I click no, and it acts normal... Anyone else experience this?

Re: Crash when receiving parts w/ cores
I haven't heard any reports of this being widespread. I suggest contacting support if you can duplicate this regularly.

Re: Crash When Receiving Parts w/Cores?
Quick update in case someone else experiences this. They found my 'long date format' was set wrong??? Anyway, they think that will fix it, just need to restart and see if it comes back again. Thought I would update this in case someone else runs into the same issue later on
