E-mail field
Has there been any discussion on providing a toggle that, greys out the E-mail field or another method, indicates that a customer has been asked for an email but they don't use E-mail or they choose not to provide one. It's imperative that we capture E-mail for CRM but there's no indicator that we may have already asked. This would prevent us from subsequent attempts at asking. If you type text in the E-mail field, other than an email address, the system throws a msg.and I'm not sure what that does to CRM. I suppose we could use something like "noemail@xxx.com" or something similar.
